废润滑油陶瓷膜超滤再生技术的应用研究

【摘要】 针对国内废润滑油传统再生技术中过滤工艺复杂、效率低、产品质量差等问题,本文提出陶瓷膜过滤技术进行废润滑油再生处理,并设计了一套试验装置,分别对三种废润滑油进行过滤实验。实验结果表明陶瓷膜过滤技术能够使废润滑油中灰分降低到0.06%以下,金属脱除率达到94%以上,过滤效果优异,不仅提高了产品质量和生产效率,还降低了重金属污染物的含量,满足废润滑油高效、环保的再生要求,其具有显著的经济和环境效益。

【Abstract】 In view of the complex filtering process,low efficiency,poor product quality and other issues of domestic traditional regeneration technology in waste lubricating oil,this paper told a filtration technology of ceramic membrane in regenerating waste lubricating oil,and designed a set of test device to filter three kinds of waste lubricating oil. The experimental results showed that ceramic membrane filtration technology can reduce the ash in waste lubricating oil to less than 0.15%,metal removal rate reached more than 89.97%,the filtering effect was excellent,not only improve the product quality and production efficiency,but also reduce the content of heavy metal pollutants,which meets the efficient and environmentally friendly regeneration requirements in waste lubricating oil,so there will be obvious economic and environmental benefits.
