【摘要】 采用Carrousel氧化沟处理综合印染废水,考察了射流的开关、不同DO的控制方式,外加碳源投加位点,外加碳源分段投加量对氧化沟内脱氮效果的影响。结果表明:射流的开关对出水COD和总氮影响并不大,溶氧控制方式采用第1廊道和第4廊道全关闭,DO控制在0. 5~1. 5mg/L内,形成缺氧段,其他廊道的DO控制在2~3 mg/L内,投加位点建议采用前后端分段投加的方式,且后端乙酸钠最大加至300mg/L,可防止COD的反弹,同时具有较好的脱氮效果。

【Abstract】 Carrousel oxidation ditch was used to treat comprehensive dyeing wastewater. The effects of jet switch,different DO control modes,carbon source site and carbon source fractional dosage on denitrification in oxidation ditch were investigated. The results showed that the jet switch had no effect on COD and TN. Dissolved oxygen control system uses first corridors and fourth corridors to close completely. DO was controlled in 0. 5 ~ 1. 5 mg/L,forming anoxic segment. The DO of other corridors was controlled within 2 ~ 3 mg/L. It was suggested that the front and back end of the site should be divided into segments,and the back end of sodium acetate can be added up to 300 ppm to prevent the rebound of COD and had a good denitrification effect.
