超声波雾化-预滤导流法对工业锅炉烟气脱硫除尘处理的研究

【摘要】 介绍了一种超声波雾化-预滤导流法净化工业锅炉排放的烟气处理装置,该处理装置由左向右依次设置有进气口、预滤器、导流板、出气口;其中装置上端还设有常规型雾化喷头、超细雾化喷头、超声波发生器、雾化供给泵、脱硫液箱;装置下端设有储尘斗、排尘阀、和支架。装置中四块导流板分别设有一定的倾斜角,两种雾化喷头均成组交叉分布。该装置可减少企业后端烟气净化设施脱硫除尘的负荷,保障工业锅炉产生的烟气达标排放。

【Abstract】 This paper describes a circuit board enterprise emissions of ammonia nitrogen wastewater membrane separation processing device,the treatment device consists of left to right in turn connected to set a primary p H adjustment system,precision filter,a membrane treatment system,two p H adjusting system,the secondary membrane treatment system,the primary p H adjusting system and the secondary p H adjusting system have the same structure,and the primary membrane treatment system and the secondary membrane treatment system have the same structure. The device to reduce the enterprise back-end sewage treatment facilities ammonia nitrogen load,to ensure that the circuit board enterprises ammonia nitrogen wastewater discharge standards.
