臭氧等离子体低温催化氧化低浓度有机废气的实验研究
The Study on Catalytic Ozonation of Oow Concentration Toluene at Low Temperature
【摘要】 等离子体与催化剂结合去除VOCs是近年来备受关注的一种技术。本实验采用热吸附法制备催化剂,活性组分选用硝酸铜、硝酸锰、硝酸铈的单一或组合,对臭氧等离子体等温催化氧化甲苯进行了催化剂性能评价。实验结果表明,活性组分为铜锰复合氧化物、最佳负载量为5%、焙烧温度在500℃时,催化剂活性最佳。
【Abstract】 The combination of ozone and catalyst to remove VOCs is a technique that has received much attention in recent years.A series of Cu-Mn-Ce/γ-Al2 O3 catalysts for catalytic ozonation of toluene reaction were prepared in the way of thermal adsorption method. The results showed that,the catalyst with Cu∶ Mn as 1 ∶ 2,loading content as 5%,calcination temperature at500℃ had the best performance on catalytic ozonation of toluene.
