聚氨酯与天然橡胶合金材料的稳定性研究

【摘要】 本文主要研究不同含量聚氨酯与天然橡胶合金材料的稳定性。结合胶指的是补强剂与混炼胶中那部分不能被良溶剂溶解的橡胶,结合胶的含量是衡量补强剂补强能力的重要尺度。实验表明:聚氨酯与天然橡胶合金材料结合的胶料在甲苯中浸泡后的质量损失随着聚氨酯添加量的增加而增加,聚氨酯作为补强剂能很好的补强橡胶。当聚氨酯的添加量为50 g、炭黑为0 g时结合胶的损失量最少稳定性好;当聚氨酯的添加量为0 g、炭黑为50 g(标准配方)时结合胶的损失量最多。

【Abstract】 This paper mainly studies the stability of polyurethane and natural rubber alloy materials with different content. Binding adhesive refers to the part of rubber that cannot be dissolved by a good solvent between the reinforcing agent and the blended adhesive. The content of binding adhesive is an important measure of the reinforcing ability of the reinforcing agent. The experimental results show that the mass loss of the rubber material combined with the natural rubber alloy material after soaking in toluene increases with the addition of polyurethane. When the addition amount of polyurethane is 50 g and the carbon black is 0 g,the loss amount of the adhesive is at least stable. When the addition amount of polyurethane is 0 g and the carbon black is 50 g( standard formula),the loss of adhesive is the largest.
