火电厂脱硫GGH驱动装置故障维持运行分析

【摘要】 火电厂环保湿法脱硫系统中使用的垂直轴两分仓回转式烟气—烟气换热器(GGH)为单台配置,机组运行中必须连续运行。对实际运行中GGH发生停运时脱硫系统运行的安全性进行评估,通过现场实践,发现拆除GGH驱动装置时,仅靠烟气自身的流动可带动GGH连续运转,从而实现驱动故障时GGH仍可自动运转,此运行方式下脱硫系统烟温基本恢复至正常值,脱硫系统可较长时间连续运行。电厂可考虑减少GGH驱动装置备件的采购,节约备件库存费用。

【Abstract】 GGH(Gas-Gas Heater)rotary flue gas-flue gas heat exchanger with vertical axis and two sub-bunkers is used in the wet desulfurization system of thermal power plant.It is single deployed and the unit must run continuously during operation.We evaluate the safety of desulfurization system in actual operation when GGH is out of operation.Through field practice,it is found that the continuous operation of GGH can be driven only by the flow of flue gas itself when the GGH driving device is dismantled,thus the automatic operation of GGH can be realized when a driving failure occurs.The flue gas temperature of desulfurization system basically resumes at the nominal constant value under this operation mode.The desulphurization system can run continuously for a long time.The power plant can consider reduce the inventory cost by reducing spare parts of the GGH drive device.
