【摘要】 5.12汶川大地震在我国影响巨大,在抗震救灾、恢复重建的过程中,自救者、救灾人员、志愿者等相关工作人员,在长时间、高强度的紧张工作环境下,很容易导致震后疲劳型亚健康状态。本文旨在明确对震后疲劳型亚健康状态的认识,及时实施干预的紧迫性,呼吁中医药工作者积极思考、探索,依附于中医药的自身优势,发挥其在震后疲劳型亚健康状态中的应用。更多还原
