【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate retrospectively the anaesthesia of tranmatized patients after major earthquake.Methods 328 patients traumatized patients in the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake were reviewed.Methods of anaesthesia under different times,environment and with different surgery were analyzed retrospectively.Results Anaesthesia was safe and smooth in all of the patients.There was no arnesthesia side-effect.Conclusion Appropriate method of anaesthesia shoud be choosed according to different times,environment and different surgery.更多还原
