【摘要】 目的分析四川地区地震伤骨盆骨折特点。方法收集我院5.12~5.19因地震所致骨盆骨折患者56例,了解年龄、性别、合并伤情况、骨折分型、手术治疗情况,进行分析比较。结果在所有骨盆骨折患者中,男女患者发病率差异有统计学意义(χ2检验,P<0.05),在30~49岁年龄段为骨盆骨折高发年龄段,多数患者骨折分型为A型(Tile分型)。结论地震伤骨盆骨折发病率,合并伤情况和骨折分型方面均有其特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis the characteristics of pelvic fracture in sichuan area after Wenchuan earthquake.Methods We collected 56 pelvic fracture cases from May 12th to May 19th injured in the earthquake treated in our hospital and analyzed the age,gender,coincidence injury,types of fracture,operation treatment.Results The number of cases in female has statistically significant difference with that in male(P<0.05),the age from 30～49 years-old with pelvis fractrue is significantly high,most cases’s fracture type is type A(Tile Type).Conclusion There are significant characteristics of the patients at the aspects of incidence rate,coincidence injury and fracture type with pelvic fracture in Sichuan area after Wenchuan earthquake.更多还原
