【摘要】 目的探讨突发大型灾害事件中对伤员注射破伤风抗毒素(TAT)的管理。方法总结分析绵阳市中心医院急诊科应对5.12地震灾害对伤员注射TAT的实践。结果427例伤员注射TAT,89例注射破伤风免疫球蛋白(TIG),未出现破伤风患者。结论有效的管理可保障成批伤员注射TAT的高效和安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To approach the management of tetanus antitoxin(TAT)injection to injured personnel in Wencuan earthquake.Methods The date of TAT injection to injured personnel within first week of earthquake in central hospital of mianyang was been analyzed.Results 427 injured personnel were injected TAT,89 injured personnel were injected tetanus immune globulin(TIG),there was no tetanus happened.Conclusion The effective management of TAT injection can safeguard high performance and safe to batch of Wounded personnel.更多还原
