温度对黑斑原(鱼兆)仔鱼生长的影响

【摘要】 将孵出30d、平均体质量0.043g的黑斑原(鱼兆)Glyptosternum maculatum仔鱼常规饲养在4个循环水养殖系统(长1.8m×宽0.6m×高0.6m)中,水温保持在9℃、12℃、15℃和18℃下,每个温度组设置3个平行,研究不同温度对黑斑原(鱼兆)仔鱼生长及存活率的影响。35d的饲养结果表明:随着温度的升高,黑斑原(鱼兆)仔鱼的生长加快,死亡率增加,其中18℃组黑斑原(鱼兆)最早开始死亡,9℃组黑斑原(鱼兆)存活率最高。在整个饲养期间,水温9℃组与12℃组黑斑原(鱼兆)全长和体质量生长最快,死亡率最低,显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。因此,9~12℃为黑斑原(鱼兆)仔稚鱼的适宜培育温度。

【Abstract】 The 30 day old larvae of Glyptosternum maculatum with average body weight of 0.043 g were routinely reared in four recirculating aquaculture systems(1.8 m length×0.6 m width × 0.6 m height)at water temperature of 9 ℃, 12 ℃, 15 ℃ and 18 ℃ for 35 d with triplication to study the effects of different temperatures on growth and survival rate of Glyptosternum maculatum larvae and juveniles. The results showed that the growth and mortality of the larvae and juveniles were found to be increased with the rising water temperature, with the first death in 18 ℃ group, and the maximal mortality in 9 ℃ group. During the experiment period, the maximal growth rates in total length and body weight were observed in 9 ℃ group and 12 ℃ group, significantly higher than those in other groups(P < 0.05), with the minimal mortality. It is suggested that 9 ~12 ℃ be the optimal breeding temperature for G. maculatum culture.
