【摘要】 缅甸莱比塘铜矿项目在工程前期使用TR100自卸车过程中发生过多次自燃事故,造成了较大的经济损失和严重的安全威胁。经过反复研究分析和实践,从切断车辆可能引起自燃的火源、消除引起自燃的易燃物、隔离易燃物与高温部件等方面进行了技改,同时加强了点检人员对相关部位的日常重点检查,培训和提高了驾驶员的安全驾驶技能,有效地避免了自燃事故的再次发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Letpadaung Copper Mine project in Myanmar has suffered many spontaneous ignition accidents during the use of TR100 dump truck in the early stage of the project,which has caused great economic losses and serious security threats.Through repeated research,analysis and practice,technical reforms have been made by cutting off the fire source and eliminating the flammable materials that may causes spontaneous ignition,as well as isolating the flammable materials and high temperature components;meanwhile,the daily key inspection of the relevant parts has been strengthened by the inspectors,and the driver’s safe driving skills have been trained and improved,which have effectively avoided the recurrence of spontaneous ignition accident.更多还原
