不同叶面积指数对“黄果柑”光合特性及果实品质的影响

【摘要】 【目的】明确叶面积指数(LAI)对黄果柑光合作用能力及果实品质的影响。【方法】以黄果柑为试材,设置LAI为2.0、2.4、2.8、3.2和3.6共5个处理,对各处理的叶片光合特性及果实品质指标进行测定与分析。【结果】①随LAI降低,Pn、Gs和Tr年均值升高,Ci降低;②随LAI降低,F0、Fm和Fv/Fm显著升高,Fv/F0略有升高;③随LAI降低,单果重、横纵径、TSS、总糖和糖酸比显著升高,果形指数和Vc差异不显著,TA含量显著下降。【结论】LAI的降低有利于黄果柑光合作用和果实品质的提高,LAI=2.0条件下,黄果柑光合能力和光合潜力较好,果实品质最佳,是黄果柑适宜的叶面积指数。

【Abstract】 【Objective】The objective of this study was to explore the effect of leaf area index(LAI) on photosynthesis and fruit quality of Huangguogan citrus.【Method】Huangguogan citrus was used as the expeirmental material. Five leaf area indexes(2.0,2.4,2.8,3.2 and 3.6) were used in this study. The photosynthetic characteristics and fruit quality were measured and compared.【Result】Annual means of Pn,Gs,and Trincreased but Cidecreased with decreasing LAI.,F0,Fm,and Fv/Fmsignificantly increased with decreasing LAI.,single fruit weight,horizontal diameter,vertical diameter,TSS,total sugar content and sugar acid ratio increased but TA content decreased with decreasing LAI. There were no significant differences in fruit shape index and Vc content among treatments.【Conclusion】Lower LAI is beneficial to photosynthesis and fruit quality of Huangguogan citrus. Under the condition of LAI=2.0,photosynthetic capacity and potential of Huangguogan citrus was relative good and fruit quality was the best.
