微塑料累积对膜生物反应器运行特性的影响研究
Effect of Accumulated Microplastics on the Performance of MBR System
【摘要】 选取一种常见的微塑料-聚丙烯微球,在不排泥的情况下,研究聚丙烯微球累积对模拟长期运行的(3-5年)MBR系统运行情况的影响。结果表明,微塑料的累积导致了MBR系统出水水质变差、污泥浓度降低,且溶解性微生物产物及胞外聚合物含量增加,进而加快膜污染速率。但是MBR系统可以通过排泥作为收集微塑料的有效手段,为以后微塑料的回收再利用以及无害化处理提供方法。
【Abstract】 Polypropylene microsphere, a common microplastic,was selected to study the impact of the accumulated polypropylene microspheres on the performance of MBR system in simulated long-term operation(3-5 years) without discharging sludge. The results showed that the accumulation of microplasticsin MBR system resulted in poor effluent quality, lower sludge concentration,and improved concentration of soluble microbial products and extracellular polymeric substances, which accelerated membrane fouling rate.The MBR system can be used as an effective means to collect microplastics through discharge of activated sludge, which provides a method for the recycling and harmless treatment of microplastics in the future.
