微波联合过氧化氢改善剩余污泥脱水性能研究

【摘要】 利用微波联合过氧化氢改善污泥脱水性能,研究了双氧水投加量、微波功率、微波时间和pH等因素对污泥脱水性能的影响,结果表明,碱性条件下污泥破壁程度较好,微波时间以及微波功率对于污泥破壁影响较大。结合能耗与破壁脱水性能,微波联合H2O2改善污泥脱水性能的优化条件为:pH=7、双氧水投加量0.15 m L/g、微波时间4min、微波功率595 W。此时,污泥中水的质量分数由98.00%降至64.43%,污泥粒度变大时含水率降低,因此污泥粒度可作为污泥脱水性能的主要响应指标。

【Abstract】 The dewatering performance of sludge improved by microwave combined with hydrogen peroxide, and the effect of H2 O2 dosage, microwave power, microwave time and pH on the dewatering performance of sludge was studied. The results showed that the sludge was broken well under alkaline conditions, the microwave time and microwave power had a great influence on the sludge wall breaking. Combined with energy consumption and dewatering performance, the optimal conditions for improving the dewatering performance by microwave combined with hydrogen peroxide were as follows, pH,H2 O2 dosage, microwave time and microwave power was 7, 0.15 mL/g, 4 min and 595 W respectively. At this time, the mass fraction of water in sludge decreased from 98.00% to 64.43%, and the water content decreased when the sludge size became larger. Therefore, the sludge particle size can be used as the main response index of sludge dewatering performance.
