惰性稀土瓷砂对一体化装置污水处理效果的影响
Effect of Inert Rare Earth Porcelain Sand on Sewage Treatment Efficiency by Integrated Device
【摘要】 建立了自行设计的一体化厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)-全混合式曝气池(CMAR)污水处理装置,在有、无惰性稀土瓷砂时,对模拟生活污水的处理效果进行了对比实验研究。结果表明,在有、无惰性稀土瓷砂时装置处理效果均较好,各指标均能达到相应的GB18918-2002中的一、二级标准。但添加惰性稀土瓷砂对污水中有机物及水质的净化处理效果有一定积极影响,能明显降低出口COD、BOD5,COD、BOD5去除率分别提高约5个、10个百分点,TN、TP的去除率都能提高约3个百分点,SS去除率能提高5个百分点以上。添加惰性稀土瓷砂能促进装置中颗粒污泥的形成,促进微生物的繁殖,从而达到提高装置处理效果的目的。
【Abstract】 The self-designed integrated anaerobic baffled reactor(ABR)-complete mixed aeration tank(CMAR) sewage treatment device was established.The treatment effect of simulated domestic sewage with and without inert rare earth porcelain sand was compared. The results showed that the ABRCMAR integrated sewage treatment device had a good treatment effect with or without inert rare earth porcelain sand, and all indexes could meet the first and second level standards of GB 18918-2002. However, the addition of inert rare earth porcelain sand had a positive effect on the purification of organic matter and water in the sewage, which could significantly reduce the COD and BOD5 at the outlet, and the removal rates of COD and BOD5 increased by 5 and 10 percentage points. The removal rate of TN and TP increased by about 3 percentage points, and the removal rate of SS increased by more than 5 percentage points. The addition of inert rare earth porcelain sand could promote the formation of granular sludge in the device and promote the propagation of microorganisms, thereby achieving the purpose of improving the treatment effect of the device.
