气浮预处理下曝气生物滤池处理黑臭河水中试

【摘要】 在气浮预处理条件下进行曝气生物滤池(BAF)处理黑臭河水的挂膜启动中试。结果表明,挂膜启动时间为30 d,系统对COD、NH4+-N、TN的去除率分别可在约80%、90%、30%,运行稳定。通过优化调整BAF工艺参数,发现此种纤维填料BAF在控制水力负荷为0.9 m3/(m2·h)、气水体积比为5:1时能最大发挥处理效果,尤其是对NH4+-N、TN的处理效果为佳。最终出水可达到GB 18918-2002一级A标准,且纤维填料BAF反冲洗周期长达40 d。

【Abstract】 The BAF for black-odor river treatment was started under air flotation pretreatment condition. The results showed that, the start-up time of the membrane culturing was 30 d, the removal rate of COD, NH4+-N and TN was about 80%, 90% and 30% respectively by the system and operated steadily.Through optimizing and adjusting the BAF process parameters, it was found that the fiber filler BAF could maximize the treatment effect when the hydraulic load controlled at 0.9 m3/(m2·h) and the gas-water volume ratio was 5:1, especially the treatment effect of NH4+-N and TN was best. The final effluent could reach the first level A standard of GB 18918-2002, and the fiber filler BAF backwash cycle was up to 40 d.
