基于自然和社会属性的堰塞湖风险评估

【摘要】 为完善堰塞湖应急处置和恢复重建工作内容,综合考虑堰塞湖风险的自然属性和社会属性,选择堰塞湖规模、堰塞体物质组成、堰塞体高度、集雨面积、人口密度、经济密度和心理恐慌度等7个指标构成堰塞湖风险评估指标体系。运用广义熵值法,以"5.12"汶川地震形成的9个堰塞湖为样本进行风险评估。评估结果显示,人口密度、心理恐慌度等指标在风险评估中所占权重较大,说明社会属性指标对堰塞湖风险的影响较为明显,在堰塞湖应急处置和恢复重建工作中应该对社会属性的风险因素提高重视。

【Abstract】 To perfect the emergency disposal and post-disaster rehabilitation and reconstruction of the landslide lake,based on the natural and social property,seven indexes were chosen to constitute the risk evaluation system of landslide lake,which included landslide lake scale,composition makeup of landslide dam,landslide dam height,rainwater-collecting area,population density,economy density and psychology panic degrees.Then the risk evaluation of nine landslide lakes reduced by Wenchuan Earthquake was made based on generalized entropy method.The result showed that the social property indexes have an obvious effect on landslide lake risk,so the social property risk factor should be paid more attention in the emergency disposal and the post-disaster rehabilitation and reconstruction.
