铝板摩擦材剪切型摩擦阻尼器的研究
Study on Shear Type Friction Damper of Aluminum Alloy
【摘要】 为了研究以铝板为摩擦材的剪切式中间柱型摩擦阻尼器的力学性能和滞回曲线的特征,对6个试验体进行不同方式的基本载荷试验,并利用伪动力子系统试验,检验阻尼器在地震应答下的滞回曲线性能。通过在不同的基本加载路径下的摩擦系数的变动分析表明,螺栓轴力大小对摩擦系数没有明显影响,阻尼器的力学性能极为稳定,并以摩擦系数平均值为基础建立力学分析模型。通过伪动力子系统试验对阻尼力安定性的分析表明,阻尼器不仅具有良好的耗能能力而且力学模型能够很好地再现阻尼器的滞回曲线特性。
【Abstract】 In order to investigate and clarify the characteristics of the shear type friction damper used the aluminum alloy,six tests were conducted in the different loading programs.Additionally,a pseudo-dynamic subsystem test was conducted to check the dynamical behavior of the damper in the earthquake response.The stability of the friction coefficient in the different loading programs was analyzed.The results indicated that the friction coefficient is not influenced by the bolt tension which set in the device,and the hysteresis characteristics are stable.Moreover,a hysteresis model was applied based on the friction coefficient.At last,the pseudo-dynamic subsystem test result showed that the device can absorb energy stably and the hysteresis model can simulate the test result exactly.
