现代木结构在汶川地震灾后重建中的应用及国产木剪力墙抗震性能研究

【摘要】 现代木结构具有低碳节能、施工快捷、抗震性能好的优点,汶川地震灾后重建中对现代木结构进行了推广应用。汶川地震灾后重建中,分别在向峨小学、绵阳及青川地区进行了试点,应用的结构形式包含了轻型木结构及框架式重型木结构,这些建筑造价适中,修建快速,体现了较好的适用性;为了解决灾后重建中木结构建筑国产化率低的问题,对国产轻型木结构剪力墙替代产品的抗震性能进行了试验研究,采用ASTM E-564静力单调加载制度对国产胶合板、国产OSB板各3种板厚的剪力墙进行了试验,得出国产木剪力墙的延性系数在4.0~7.1之间,抗剪强度、极限承载力等指标与进口板材剪力墙相当。介绍了现代木结构的在灾后重建中的使用经验及国产木剪力墙的抗震性能研究结果,对现代木结构在国内的应用有一定的借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 Modern timber structure have the advantages of low carbon,energy saving,fast construction and good seismic performance.During the reconstruction of Wenchuan earthquake process,light frame wood constructions and heavy timber structures were used in Xiang’e elementary school,Mianyang Special Education School,Bei-chuan Leigu Town Central Elderly Care Centre and Qingchuan region.In order to solve the problem of low import substitution rate,experimental study were carried out to investigate the seismic performance of wood shear walls fab-ricated using Chinese wood based panels,monotonic loading protocol based on ASTM E-564 test standard was a-dapted to test the total of 15 walls with 3 different panel thickness,and the result suggested that these walls exhibit equivalent seismic performance with walls fabricated using imported wood panels,ductility ratio range from 4.1 to 7.0.The application of modern timber structure in post disaster reconstruction of Wenchuan earthquake was intro-duced,and the seismic performance of wood shear walls fabricated using Chinese wood based panels was also intro-duced,which may give reference for the promoting of the application of timber structure in china.
