废混凝土再生粗集料性能试验与分级标准研究

【摘要】 首先对中国香港及国外再生粗集料的分级建议进行了对比分析,并对不同来源(如地震灾区)再生粗集料进行了试验,分析了再生粗集料表面附着的砂浆对再生粗集料性能的影响,得出了再生粗集料表面附着的砂浆含量与再生粗集料的吸水率和饱和面干状态下的表观密度之间的关系,并分析了再生粗集料性能对再生混凝土的影响,指出了再生粗集料砖含量也是影响再生混凝土性能的主要因素之一。最后提出了中国废混凝土再生粗集料分级的建议标准。

【Abstract】 Standards for the classification of recycled coarse aggregates(RCA) in Hong Kong and other foreign countries are firstly introduced in this paper.Then based on the test and analysis of RCAs derived from different resources(such as earthguake-hit area),the influence of the adhered mortar on the properties of RCAs is discussed particularly.The relationship between the density under saturated surface-dry(SSD) condition and water absorption of RAC and the content of mortar adhered to RCAs is put forward.The influence of properties of recycled coarse aggregate on the recycled aggregate concrete(RAC) is discussed.The content of bricks is one of important factors affecting properties of RAC is also indicated.Finally,the suggestions for the classification standard of RCAs derived from waste concrete in China are proposed.
