基于GIS的城市道路交通系统震害预测与连通性分析

【摘要】 基于国产GIS软件SuperMap的Objects组件自主开发的"城市地震灾害预测信息系统"平台,考虑道路路基路面的基本烈度、路基土、场地类别、地基失效程度、路基类型、路基高度、设防烈度等7个因素;考虑桥梁的地震烈度、场地类别、地基失效程度、上部结构形式、墩台高度、墩台类型与材料、跨长与跨数等9个因素,开发了城市道路交通系统震害预测分析的通用程序,可对城市的道路交通系统全部或任意局部进行震害预测分析;采用Monte- carlo法模拟,并引入图论中的Warshall算法,对城市道路交通进行了震后连通可靠性分析,给出了网络的连通概率矩阵。以淮安市的道路交通系统为例,在GIS平台上实现上述过程的计算与演示。

【Abstract】 Based on the platform of"Information System of Urban Earthquake Disaster Prediction"which was inde- pendently developed using Objects of national GIS software"SuperMap",considering the factors influencing the road performance such as primary intensity,roadbed soil,ground type,failure degree of groundsill,roadbed type and designed intensity,as well as considering the factors influencing the bridge performance such as earthquake in- tensity,ground type,failure degree of groundsill,upper structure type,height of pier and abutment,pier type and its material,span and span quantities,the universe program for predicting the earthquake disaster of urban road transit system(simply as URTS) was developed.Applying the developed program,the analysis of earthquake dis- aster prediction for the URTS within the whole city or local zones designated arbitrarily could be performed.Adop- ting the Monte-carlo simulation method,inducing the Wallshall algorithm,reliability analysis of the URTS after earthquake was carried out.The matrix of cormeetivity probability of the road network was listed as well.The URTS of Huaian city,exampled as a ease,the above analysis procedure could be demonstrated on the GIS platform.
