桩板结构路基设计参数对路基沉降的影响分析

【摘要】 桩板结构路基是一种新型的无砟轨道路基结构形式,它能够严格地控制高速铁路路基的工后沉降。桩板结构路基各部分的设计参数值对路基沉降大小会有较大的影响。本文结合遂渝线的工程地质情况,通过运用均匀实验设计方法,对桩板结构路基在各种不同设计参数条件下的数值实验进行合理的安排,运用有限元分析软件AN-SYS,建立桩板结构路基的仿真实体模型,进行沉降值的计算。通过对实验结果进行的分析,得出桩板结构路基诸多设计参数中,影响路基沉降的最主要因素是桩径和桩长,并进一步分析出,桩板结构路基沉降量随着桩径的增大而减小,呈非线性关系,桩径对路基沉降量影响的显著区域约为0.6~1.0 m。桩板结构路基沉降量随着桩长的增加而减小,当桩长在15~20 m之间增加时,减小沉降量的效果最为显著,希望能够为桩板结构路基的设计提供参考。

【Abstract】 The pile-plate structure subgrade is one type of new structure of the embankment of unballasted track,which is able to strictly restrain the residual settlements after the construction of high-speed railway foundation.The settlement of the roadbed will change with the vary of the value of the pile-plate structure subgrade’s design parameter.In combination with the engineering geological condition of Suiyu railway,this article uses the uniform design,UD,to schedule the calculation experiments,which are under the condition of various parameter value of the pile-plate structure subgrade.In order to calculate the settlement of the pile-plate structure subgrade with different condition,a simulated full-scale model of the structure is established,by using the finite element analysis soft,ANSYS.Through the analysis of the results,we obtain that the major influencing factors are the radius of pile and the length of pile.The embankment settlement of pile-plate structure subgrade will reduce with the increase of either the pile radius or the pile length,and the notable interval is separately 0.6~1.0m and 15~20m,which can provide the reference for design.
