【Abstract】 The all subsystem of the net- based technique system of preventing against and mitigating earthquake disaster during the 2013 M7. 0 Lushan Earthquake run normally. It satisfies all requirements of earthquake emergency response. The framework,expansion and updating of several sub- system are introduced in this paper. Especially the application in the 2013 M7. 0 Lushan Earthquake is introduced. From practical using of this system we discuss the functions of the system and give out suggestions更多还原
