【摘要】 建立基于地震现场救援行动跟踪监控的指挥与控制软件可以提高现场指挥人员指挥决策的效率和科学性。本文提出了一种基于地震现场救援行动跟踪监控的指挥与控制软件系统的技术思路和解决方案,在软件的总体设计、功能模块、数据库建设、关键模型等方面进行了研究和开发,并以5.12汶川特大地震资料为例对系统功能进行了试验,给出试验结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The creation of command and control applications based on earthquake on-site rescue operation tracking and monitoring is an effective way to enhance efficiency and accuracy of earthquake on-site command and decision. In this paper,the command and control applications based on earthquake on-site rescue operation tracking and monitoring has been designed and developed,which are based on GIS technology. The overall design,function module,database,and the key models have been researched and developed. Finally,the testing results were presented.更多还原
