紫坪铺水利工程地震监测预测
Reservoir-induced earthquake monitoring and prediction for the region of Zipingpu Dam
【摘要】 紫坪铺水库微震台网2004年建成,强震台网2007年建成,2005年9月水库蓄水。据对2006年10月水磨突发ML1.4级微小地震群的研究,较准确预报了2006年11月至2007年2月的水磨ML2.5级地震群,并认为该地震群是蓄水初期诱发的一些浅表卸荷型或岩溶塌陷型的小地震。2008年5月12日汶川8级特大天然地震微观震中距水库大坝17km,水库微震台网和强震台阵正常运行,完成政府部门和水库业主的业务安排,为政府的抗震救灾有效决策提供了科学依据,为社会稳定起到了巨大作用。
【Abstract】 The micro-earthquake monitoring network of Zipingpu was constructed in 2004,the strong-earthquake monitoring network was done constructed in 2007,reservoir impoundment was in september,2005. During the October 2006,a group of small earthquakes in the range ML = 1. 4 occurred around Shuimo. According to the consideration, we predicted the happening of Shuimo ML2. 5 earthquake swarms from November 2006 to February 2007,and the study result showed that the ML2. 5 earthquake swarms of Shuimo were caused by the reservoir impoundment and by the rock collapsing in karst area or by loading and unloading effects. The epicenter of the 2008 M8. 0 Earthquake, about 17 km from the Zipingpu dam,is located in the center of both the micro-earthquake and the strong-earthquake monitoring network of Zipingpu Dam. The monitoring networks were operating safely. They offered the methods for effective decision making of earthquake relief work,and played a great role in social stability.
