【Abstract】 The tasks of checking and accepting of the precursory sub-project,project of digital seismic observation network in Sichuan Province,had been finished by the Monitoring and Prediction Department of China Earthquake Administration.The observation system of borehole strain meters had operated for more than one year.Through the operation of borehole strain meters,we think that the goodness of the meter operation relies mainly on following factors,for examples,the continuity and voltage change of power supply,meter troubles,environment stability of seismic station and skillful level of operator and so on.There are some of changes before and after a medium-strong earthquake.更多还原
