玉米田三种昆虫发育速率与温度曲线拟合

【摘要】 为了更好地了解昆虫的生长发育与温度之间的关系,本文研究了玉米田三种昆虫:亚洲玉米螟、粘虫、小地老虎的发育速率与温度之间的关系。分别用直线和Logistic曲线定量地描述恒温和变温状态下这三种昆虫的生长发育与温度之间的关系。结果表明:Logistic曲线拟合度优于直线拟合,直线拟合方便计算出昆虫的发育起点温度和有效积温;Logistic曲线可用于计算出昆虫发育率最快时的温度阈值。涉及昆虫发育速率和温度之间关系的计算可以综合应用以上两种方法,以达到最佳预测效果。本研究也为开展其它昆虫的准确测报或繁殖培育提供范例。

【Abstract】 In order to better understand the relationship between growth and temperature of insects, the relationship between the growth rate and temperature of five kinds of insect: Ostrinia furnacalis, Mythimna separata, Agrotis ypsilon were studied.The relationship between the growth and temperature of these five insects was quantitatively described by linear and Logistic curves. The fitting degree of the Logistic curve is better than that of the straight line fitting, which can calculate the starting temperature and effective accumulated temperature of the insect. The Logistic curve can be used to calculate the temperature threshold when the insect development rate is the fastest. The calculation of the relationship between the growth rate of insects and the temperature can be applied to the above two methods to achieve the best prediction effect. This study also provides an example for the accurate measurement or reproduction of other insects.
