典型人造板制造企业VOCs排放特征及成分谱研究

【摘要】 为研究人造板制造企业VOCs排放特征及源成分谱,通过现场采样的方法,对A和B两家典型人造板制造企业VOCs各排放环节进行了采样和分析。结果表明:调胶、施胶排放口VOCs和甲醛排放浓度均最高,分别为13. 06 mg/m~3和33. 23mg/m~3。对于无组织排放,调胶工段的VOCs和甲醛排放浓度相对较高。A企业和B企业的VOCs排放系数分别为13. 4 g/m~3和208. 3 g/m~3,排放系数差异较大与企业原辅料的种类及使用量有关。人造板制造业有组织排放VOCs以含氧VOC和烷烃为主,浓度占比排名前三的物种为乙醇、丙酮和癸烷,占比分别为57. 38%、13. 04%和7. 64%。无组织排放VOCs则以含氧VOC和芳香烃为主,浓度占比排名前三的物种为乙醇、苯乙烯和丙酮,占比分别为22. 33%,8. 51%和8. 47%。

【Abstract】 In order to study the emission characteristics and source composition spectrum of VOCs in wood-based panel manufacturing enterprises,the sampling and analysis of VOCs in two typical wood-based panel enterprises A and B were carried out by field sampling. The results show that the VOCs and formaldehyde emission concentrations of the rubberized and smeared discharge are the highest,with concentration of 13. 06 mg/m~3 and 33. 23 mg/m~3,respectively. For unorganized emissions,VOCs and formaldehyde emission concentrations in the rubber adjusting section are relatively high. The VOCs emission coefficients of A and B are 13. 4 g/m~3 and 208. 3 g/m~3,respectively,and the relatively large difference in emission coefficients is related to the type and usage of raw and auxiliary materials. Organized emission of organic VOCs in the wood-based panel manufacturing industry are mainly composed of OVOC and alkanes,and the top three species are ethanol,acetone and decane,accounting for 57. 38%,13. 04% and 7. 64%,respectively. The unorganized emission of VOCs is dominated by OVOC and aromatic hydrocarbon,and the top three species are ethanol,styrene and acetone,accounting for 22. 33%,8. 51% and 8. 47%,respectively.
