【摘要】 目的探讨2013～2018年成都市部分放射工作人员健康状况。方法选取2013年1月到2018年12月成都市3429例放射科工作人员作为调查对象,记录并比较其健康检查项目异常情况。结果近6年来,放射工作人员检查异常人数总体呈上升趋势,2017、2018年出现临床检查或实验室检查异常的放射工作人员显著多于2013～2016年。男性出现血压、肝功能、血糖、尿酸、上腹彩超异常的比率更高,女性出现尿常规异常的比率更高(P<0.05);年龄大的放射工作人员出现血压、眼科、血糖、上腹部彩超、胸片等项目异常的比率更高(P<0.05);核燃料循环工作人员出现尿常规、尿酸、胸片异常的比率更高,工业应用类放射工作人员出现血压、肝功能、上腹部彩超异常的比率更高,医学应用类放射工作人员各类检查项目异常比率较低(P<0.05)。结论长期、低剂量的放射线暴露可对放射工作人员的健康造成不同程度的影响,不同性别、年龄、照射类别的放射工作人员的健康指标之间存在一定差别,因此加强放射卫生监督管理,尤其是对年龄较大的工作人员的防护十分重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study aimed to evaluate the health status of some radiation workers in Chengdu from2013 to 2018.Methods A total of 3429 cases of work staff in radiology department in Chengdu from January 2013 to December 2018 were selected as survey subjects,and the abnormalities of their health check were recorded and compared.Results In the past six years,the number of work staff in radiology department with abnormal inspections generally increased.The number of radiological workers with abnormal clinical examinations or laboratory examinations in 2017 and 2018 was significantly higher than that in 2013-2016.The blood pressure,liver function,blood sugar,uric acid,and upper abdominal color ultrasound,and the rate of abnormalities of routin urine of men staff were higher than those in women(P<0.05).Older radiation workers had abnormalities rate of blood pressure,ophthalmology,blood sugar,upper abdominal color ultrasound and chest radiography(P<0.05).Nuclear fuel cycle workers had higher rates of urine routine test,uric acid,and chest X-ray abnormalities,and industrial application radiation workers had higher rates of blood pressure,liver function,and upper abdominal color Doppler anomalies,and the abnormal rate of medical application radiation workers in various types of inspection items was low(P<0.05).Conclusion Long-term,low-dose radiation exposure can have different degrees of impact on the health of radiation workers.There are certain differences between the health indicators of radiation workers with different genders,ages,and exposure categories.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the supervision and management of radiation hygiene,especially for the protection of older workers.更多还原
