大柳树高坝方案抗断防护设计及有关技术研讨

【摘要】 大柳树一级坝高库大,且处于高地震区,坝址在活动的断裂带内,且广泛分布有松动岩体,在国内、外坝工建设史上是少见的。工程抗断防护设计应进行预设计或试设计,既要有开拓性,又要有现实性。在工程场地选择和抗震措施以及风险、法制等方面需综合权衡利弊,高度重视和充分发挥科学技术在决策中的作用。

【Abstract】 The Daliushu high dam with one-stage development is located in high seismic zone with a big reservoir, and the dam site is within active fracture zone with extensive distribution of loose rock mass, which is rare in the construction of hydro dams at home and abroad. The protective breaking resistance design of the project shall be executed for predesign or trial design, which is not only opening up, but also practical. It should weigh the pros and cons in respect of selecting the project area and earthquake resistance measures as well as risk, legal system etc., and pay high attention to bring science and technology in decision into full play.
