黄河下游九堡—韦滩河段河道整治工程研究

【摘要】 黄河下游九堡—韦滩河段属典型的游荡型河段,河床宽浅,流势散乱,近年来河势失控,畸形河势持续发展,造成滩地大量坍塌,危及村庄、堤防安全。在简要阐述九堡—韦滩河段游荡特征、分析2008—2012年河势演变过程的基础上,指出河势失控的原因在于工程长度不足,工程迎流、送流能力差。根据九堡—韦滩当前河势变化,参考以往物理模型试验成果,提出了工程建设方案,建议:下延毛庵、九堡工程,上延三官庙工程,增强上述工程的迎流、送流能力;上延韦滩工程,迫使河势北移,主流归槽。

【Abstract】 The Lower Yellow River reach from Jiubao to Weitan is a wandering reach with wide and shallow river bed and scattered river flow.There have been many abnormal river regimes occurred in the reach in recent years,which leads to beach land erosion and threatens the village and levee safety. A brief analysis of the wandering characteristics of Jiubao reach and the river regime evolution from 2008 to 2012 was conducted. It indicates that insufficient length of river training works results in poor adaptability to different inflow conditions and outflow delivery capacity. Therefore,it is recommended to extend the Mao’an and Jiubao projects from the end point of the project and extend Sanguanmiao project from the starting point to enhance both the project adaptability to different inflow conditions and outflow delivery capacity. In addition,the Weitan project is extended from the project starting point so that the river course can be driven back to the northern main channel.
