燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组管道应力分析
STRESS ANALYSIS OF PIPELINES FOR GAS-STEAM COMBINED CYCLE UNITS
【摘要】 阐述了管道应力分析有限元法的基本理论,并结合戚墅堰电厂350MW燃气蒸汽联合循环机组管道应力分析的实际问题,在考虑常规载荷作用的同时,对管道系统在地震、风、安全阀动作等动载荷作用下的响应进行了分析,以及根据工程实际考虑了各种综合工况的同时作用。
【Abstract】 The basic theory of finite element method for stress analysis of pipelines has been expounded. combined with practical problems in stress analysis for pipelines of 350 MW gassteam combined cycle unit in Qishuyan Power Plant, and at the same time of considering the normal load effect, the influence of dynamic loads, such as seismic, wind, and safety valve action etc., upon the pipeline system has been analysed, and affect of various combined operation conditions being considered on the basis of engineering practice.
