【摘要】 2010年4月14日,青海玉树州发生7.1级强烈地震。国家防总、长江委抗震救灾专家工作组当即赶赴灾区查勘灾情,研究并制定救灾应急处置方案及措施。长江委工作组技术专家遍查灾区水电站、堤防、拦砂坝等水利工程及防护设施受震害情况,制定了缜密的应急加固方案,提出了玉树灾区2010年安全度汛的具体保障措施与技术指导意见。这对于严防次生灾害、尽快实施灾区水利工程设施恢复重建具有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 On April 14,2010,a M7.1 earthquake occurred in Yushu District of Qinghai Province.The expert group for earthquake relief from Office of State Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters and Changjiang Water Resources Commission of WRM rushed to the earthquake-stricken area timely,and made an urgent treatment scheme for disaster relief.The expert group made a broad investigation on earthquake-damaged condition of hydropower station,embankment,sediment retaining dam and so on.Detail reinforcement scheme was worked out,the concrete guarantee measures and technological guidance suggestions for flood safety in 2010 were put forward,which played an important role in preventing secondary disaster,restoring and reconstructing water conservancy projects in the disaster area.更多还原
