氰酸酯树脂/纳米三氧化二镧复合材料研究

【摘要】 将纳米三氧化二镧(La2O3)粒子加入氰酸酯树脂(CE)基体中,以二月桂酸二丁基锡(BDTL)为引发剂,制得CE/La2O3系列复合材料。通过力学性能及耐腐蚀性测试研究了纳米La2O3用量对材料性能的影响。结果表明,当纳米La2O3添加质量分数为0.3%时,材料弯曲强度达到155.45 MPa,较纯CE提高了83.8%,耐酸腐蚀性最佳,腐蚀率仅为0.09%。纳米La2O3添加质量分数为0.4%时,材料冲击强度达13.05 kJ/m2,较纯浇铸体板材提高了48%,耐碱腐蚀性最佳,腐蚀率仅为0.08%。将纳米La2O3粒子引入CE基体后,优化了CE树脂的性能。

【Abstract】 The CE/La2O3 series composites were prepared by adding nano lanthanum trioxide(La2O3)particles with dibutyltin dilaurate(BDTL)as initiator to the cyanate ester resin(CE)matrix. The effects of nano La2O3 dosage on the material properties were investigated by mechanical property and corrosion resistance tests. The results showed that when the mass fraction of added nano-La2O3 was 0.3%,the flexural strength of the material reached 155.45 MPa,which was 83.8% higher than that of the pure CE.The acid corrosion resistance was the best,and the corrosion rate was only 0.09%. When the mass fraction of nano-La2O3 was 0.4%,the impact strength of the material was 13.05 k J/m2,which was 48% higher than that of the pure cast sheet. The alkali corrosion resistance was the best,and the corrosion rate was only 0.08%. After adding the nano La2O3 particles to the CE matrix,the performance of the CE resin was optimized.
