赤霉素与多效唑对甘蔗愈伤再生苗植株内源激素含量的影响

【摘要】 在甘蔗品种‘新台糖22号’(‘ROC22’)愈伤再生苗生长前期,分别使用赤霉素(GA)与多效唑(PP333)均匀喷施于植株叶片等生长部位,对植株生长素(IAA)、赤霉素(GA)、脱落酸(ABA)、玉米素核苷(ZR) 4种内源激素含量变化进行分析。结果表明:(1) GA处理甘蔗植株叶片中IAA含量较对照变化较大; GA含量的变化趋势与对照相似; ABA含量逐渐上升; ZR在前期稍高于对照,后期与对照一样。PP333处理甘蔗叶片中IAA、 GA、 ABA与ZR含量初期较高,之后比对照稍低。GA与PP333配合处理后,甘蔗叶片中的IAA、 ABA含量与对照有相似的变化趋势; GA含量较对照变化较大; ZR含量有所上升。(2) GA处理后, GA/IAA、 ABA/IAA、 ZR/IAA比值变化趋势相似。PP333处理的GA/IAA比值变化趋势比较平稳, ABA/IAA、 ZR/IAA比值则比较活跃。GA与PP333配合处理的甘蔗叶片GA/IAA比值前期稍有下降而后上升; ABA/IAA、 ZR/IAA比值变化趋势较一致。经GA与PP333处理的甘蔗植株体内的内源激素IAA、 ZR含量及其GA/IAA、 ZR/IAA比值变化较大,激素之间的平衡调节着甘蔗茎生长过程。

【Abstract】 Different concentrations of GA or PP333 were sprayed onto the leaves of sugarcane(Saccharum officinarum L.) plants regenerated from calli at an early stage.The changes of endogenous hormone(IAA,GA,ABA,and ZR) contents in the leaves of the regenerated sugarcane plants were detected and analyzed.The results showed that the leaf content of IAA had a higher change in the GA treatment than the control,and that the leaf GA content in the GA treatment had a similar change to that in the control.The leaf content of ABA increased gradually,and the leaf content of ZR was higher in the GA treatment at the early stage and then similar to that in the control.For the PP333 treatment the contents of IAA,GA,ABA and ZR were higher at the early stage,and then lower than those of the control.In the treatment with combined application of GA and PP333,the leaf contents of IAA and ABA were the same as those of the control,the leaf contents of GA changed markedly as against the control,and the leaf contents of ZR increased.The ratios of GA/IAA,ABA/IAA,and ZR/IAA had similar change after the leaves were treated with GA.In the PP333 treatment,the GA/IAA ratio had a steady change while the ratios of ABA/IAA and ZR/IAA had an active change.In the combined treatment with GA and PP333,the ratio of GA/IAA firstly decreased slightly and then increased,and the ratios of ABA/IAA and ZR/IAA had a similar change to those of the control.The contents of endogenous hormones IAA and ZR and the ratios of GA/IAA and ZR/IAA seemed to have a great change in the growth of the shoots of the sugarcane plants.
