【摘要】 极端天气事件的成因及其预报方法,类似于大地震的临震预报,实属当今气象学上的世界性科学难点。2010年内,在中国大地上发生了不少极为反常的极端天气事件。本文运用本人创建的天地耦合的原理和方法,对此种事件进行了讨论和初步总结。其中有的事件,本人曾在事前做了基本正确的预测。呼吁广大气象预报员和气象学家关注和重视这方面的研究和应用。本人年事已高,精力有限,脑力劳动过度,身体欠佳,自愿将创建的整套天地耦合预测突发性自然灾害的原理、技术工具和技术方法,无偿奉献给国家。如果广大气象台站能够掌握根据紫金山天文台"中国天文年历"精确计算的天文触发因子,与气象灾害的内部条件相结合,使用时将相当方便。更多还原

【Abstract】 Forecasting the extreme weatrer event is similar with the impending earthquake prediction,and this is a global scientific difficulty. There were many extreme weatrer events in China in 2010. I discussed these events in this paper,using the cosmos-earth coupling method which is founded by myself. I can forecast these events quickly and easily by coupling astronomical trigger factors with meteorological factors. And this mothed can be used in large number of meteorological stations.更多还原
