动态自动拉紧系统在带式输送机上的应用

【摘要】 带式输送机是散装物料运输的主要工具,对于大输送量、长距离的大型带式输送机而言,液压拉紧装置的作用,是保证输送带的稳定可靠运行,所以,拉紧力对于带式输送机的正常运行尤为重要。带式输送机工作时,其负载输送量是不断变化的,特别是带式输送机刚启动时,为保证输送带不会打滑,所需的拉紧力必须能快速建立,同时,拉紧力最好能自动调节。当前,液压拉紧装置对拉紧力的测量方法,是检测液压系统的实时压力,这种方法仅靠检测液压系统压力是不足以反映输送机皮带的动态张紧力,测量值与实际拉紧力值误差较大,拉紧力反馈不准确。现针对拉紧装置动态特性的具体要求,设计了一种动态自动拉紧系统,该系统由液压控制部分、拉紧力检测部分和电控部分组成,可实现皮带拉紧力的实时检测并能动态自动调节其拉紧力。

【Abstract】 Belt conveyer is the main tool of bulk material transportation,for large belt conveyor with large transmission capacity and long distance,the function of the hydraulic tension device is to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the conveyor belt.Therefore,the tension force is particularly important for the normal operation of the belt conveyor.When the belt conveyor is working,its load transmission volume is constantly changing.In particular,when the belt conveyor is just started,in order to ensure that the conveyor belt will not slip,the required tension force must be quickly established,and the tension force is best.Automatic adjustment.At present,the method of measuring the tension force of the hydraulic tension device is to detect the real-time pressure of the hydraulic system.This method is not sufficient to reflect the dynamic tension force of the conveyor belt by only detecting the pressure of the hydraulic system.The error between the measured value and the actual tension force is large.Tension feedback is not accurate.Therefore,for the specific requirements of the dynamic characteristics of the tensioning device,a dynamic automatic tensioning system was designed,which consists of a hydraulic control part,a tensioning force detection part and an electronic control part.The belt tension force can be detected in real time and the tension force can be adjusted automatically.
