【摘要】 雄安新区作为疏解北京非首都功能的集中承载地,对于探索人口经济密集地区优化开发新模式,调整优化京津冀城市布局和空间结构,培育创新驱动发展新引擎,具有重大现实意义和深远历史意义。中国社会科学院工业经济研究所与《中国经济人》在2017年8月,从非首都功能疏解、雄安新区对京津冀发展的影响、雄安新区的基本情况判断、雄安新区建设与展望、雄安新区的体制机制创新等5个方面出发,设置25个问题对国内研究经济学的专家及学者群体进行定向问卷调查。调查发现,研究人员对雄安新区的发展与建设普遍持乐观态度,但乐观中也带着审慎,他们并不认为雄安新区的宏大目标能轻易实现,研究人员们普遍认为雄安新区需要经过30年左右的建设与发展时间才能成效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a concentrated carrier of Beijings non-capital functions, Xiongan New Area is of great practical and far-reaching historical significance in exploring a new pattern of optimal development in densely populated areas, adjusting and optimizing the layout and spatial structure of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration, and cultivating a new engine of innovation-driven development. In August 2017, the institute of industrial economics of CASS and the China Economist set up 25 questions to conduct a directional questionnaire survey among experts and scholars of economics in China from five aspects: non-capital function relief, the impact of Xiongan New Area on the development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the basic situation judgment,the construction and prospects and the institutional mechanism innovation of Xiongan New Area. The survey find that the researchers are generally optimistic about the development and construction of Xiongan New Area, but they are cautious in their optimism. They do not think that the ambitious goals of Xiongan New Area can be easily achieved, and they generally believe that it will take 30 years or so for the initial results to be achieved.更多还原
