因地制宜多能耦合——北京山区燃煤替代清洁供热案例研究

【摘要】 概括总结2017年北京市清煤降氮工作中,大安山煤矿燃煤锅炉房清洁能源改造供热的典型案例。分别针对该矿区生产区和生活区的用热特点,因地制宜制定多能耦合清洁供热方案。其中,生产区考虑近期生产需求和远期煤矿关停的实际,以电锅炉与蓄热水箱组成的电蓄热子系统满足尖峰负荷,以空气源热泵子系统和太阳能光伏子系统满足供热初末寒期基础用热负荷需求。生活区考虑电力供应不足的现状,在居民建筑年代久远、热耗率较高、天然气供应有难度的情况下,制定了LNG储气站搭配燃气锅炉子系统承担基础负荷,电锅炉与蓄热水罐子系统和空气源热泵子系统联合运行、互为补充的多能互补供热方案。该项目作为北京山区煤改清洁能源供热典型案例,可为类似的锅炉房改造提供重要的借鉴。

【Abstract】 A case study of Da’anshan coal mine’s coal fired boiler room to be converted to clean energy district heating base is summarized to characterize Beijing’s act of Coal Removal and Nitrogen Reduction in 2017. Aiming at the heating load of coal mine’s production area and utility area respectively, multi energy hybridization heating plans are adjusted to local conditions. As with the production area, production demand in the short term and shut-down expectation in the long term are taken into consideration, whereas the electric thermal storage sub-system consisted of electrode boiler and water storage tank is devised to meet peak load, and air source heat pump sub-system and solar PV sub-system are devised to meet the base load during the starting and ending period of heating season. As with the utility area, concerning the fact that power supply is insufficient, based on the situation of age-old residential buildings and higher heat consumption rate and invalid gas supply, a comprehensive plan with LNG gas station coupled with gas fired boiler sub-system to meet the base load, and electric boiler and water storage tank sub-system and air source heat pump sub-system for auxiliary purposes are devised. This project is a typical case of coal converted to clean energy district heating in Beijing’s mountain areas, which is an important reference in similar boiler room reformation.
