牛粪DOM对17β-雌二醇在东北黑土中降解的影响

【摘要】 为了探讨共存牛粪DOM对17β-雌二醇降解的影响,以17β-雌二醇为供试激素,分析牛粪DOM携带外来菌群对雌激素降解的影响,同时研究了雨水淋溶环境下,不同浓度牛粪DOM对17β-雌二醇降解的影响。研究结果表明牛粪DOM对17β-雌二醇在东北黑土中前两天的降解速率有显著影响,灭菌DOM明显抑制了17β-雌二醇在土壤中的降解,而新鲜DOM携带的外来菌群促进了雌二醇的降解;本实验条件下,低浓度DOM的添加促进17β-雌二醇在黑土中的降解,而高浓度DOM的添加,明显抑制17β-雌二醇在黑土中的降解。

【Abstract】 In order to find the influence of DOM on 17β-E2 degradation characteristics, 17β-E2 was used as target hormone to study the effect of flora carrying by cattle manure DOM on estrogen, and the effect on the degradation of 17β-E2 with the different concentration. The experiment results showed coexisted cattle manure DOM have a significant impact on 17β-E2 degradation.the degradation of 17β-E2 is inhibited by the presence of sterilized cattle manure DOM, meanwhile, the degradation of 17β-E2 is enhanced by non-sterilized cattle manure DOM carrying flora. In this study, coexisted cattle manure DOM enhanced the 17β-E2 degradation at a lower concentration, while the opposite effect occurred when DOM concentration increased to high level.
