【摘要】 口岸是一个国家(地区)对外开放的门户、经贸合作的纽带、人员往来的桥梁和互联互通的平台,处在改革开放最前沿,许多重大改革创新举措都是依托口岸先行先试。推动沿海重点港口集群加快建设具有全球影响力和引领作用的国际航运中心,选取海南全岛稳步推进、探索建设自由贸易港,具有重要意义。本文重点介绍我国水域主要特点、沿海主要港口集群和水运港口空间布局发展情况,针对当前全球国际航运中心发展特点及我国国际航运中心建设实际,深入分析如何着力建设国际航运中心和探索建设自由贸易港。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ports are the portal of a country(region) opening to the outside world, the link of economic and trade cooperation,the bridge of personnel exchanges and the platform of interconnection.They are always at the forefront of reform and opening up and pilot areas for mny major reform and innovation initiatives. To accelerate the construction of key coastal port clusters and international shipping centers with global influence and leading role, it is of great significance to select Hainan Island as a whole to steadily promote and explore the construction of free trade ports. This paper focuses on the main characteristics of China’s waters,the development of major coastal port clusters and the spatial layout of waterborne ports. In view of the current development characteristics of global international shipping centers and the actual construction of China’s international shipping centers,this paper deeply analyses how to build international shipping centers and explore the construction of free trade ports.更多还原
