基于VAR模型的海洋教育、科技成果应用与经济增长的动态关系研究
Research on the Dynamic Relationship between Marine Education, Marine Science and Technology Achievements Application and Marine Economic Growth Based on VAR Model
【摘要】 海洋教育是拉动海洋经济增长的持久动力,海洋科技成果应用是提高海洋经济增长速度的催化剂,二者对推动海洋经济快速发展具有十分重要的作用。文章选取中国1996年—2016年海洋教育、海洋科技成果应用与海洋经济增长的数据,利用VAR模型对海洋教育、海洋科技成果应用与海洋经济增长三者之间的关系进行了实证分析。研究表明:三者之间存在长期均衡关系;海洋经济增长是海洋教育的格兰杰原因,反之亦然;最后提出一些可行化建议:当前需要推动海洋科技成果的转化,加大海洋教育的投入,促进海洋经济的发展。
【Abstract】 Marine education has been a major driving force for the growth of marine economy, and the application of marine scientific and technological achievements is a catalyst for increasing the growth rate of the marine economy. Both of them play a significant role in promoting the rapid development of the marine economy. In this paper, the data of marine education, application of marine scientific and technological achievements, and the marine economic growth from 1996 to 2016 in China is selected as the research object. The VAR model is used to empirically analyze the relationship between marine education, application of marine scientific and technological achievements and marine economic growth. The research shows that there exists a long-term equilibrium relationship among the three aspects; More specific, marine economic growth is the Granger cause of marine education, but not vice versa; Finally, some feasible policy suggestions are put forward to promote the transformation of marine scientific and technological achievements,increase investment in marine education and the development of the marine economy.
