厦漳跨海大桥南汊主桥桥塔设计

【摘要】 厦漳跨海大桥南汊主桥为主跨300m的双塔结合梁斜拉桥。对H形、钻石形、菱形和宝瓶形等塔形进行比选,最终确定该桥桥塔采用改进的H形钢筋混凝土桥塔(上塔柱竖直,中塔柱倾斜,下塔柱外侧面竖直、内侧面倾斜)。桥塔塔柱采用矩形空心截面,在塔底设置高4.0m的实体段;钢锚梁采用开口箱形截面;塔柱横梁为全预应力混凝土结构,箱形截面;承台采用哑铃形截面;桥塔基础采用钻孔灌注桩群桩基础。为检验桥塔受力,对裸塔和全桥进行整体计算,并采用ANSYS和MIDAS分析桥塔关键部位局部受力。分析结果表明,桥塔各部位受力均满足规范要求,并有一定的安全储备。

【Abstract】 The south main bridge of the Xiazhang Sea-Crossing Bridge is a double-pylon composite girder cable-stayed bridge with a main span 300 m. In the design of the pylons of the bridge,the pylons of the H-shape,diamond shape,geometric diamond shape and flower vase shape were compared and it was finally determined that the modified H-shape reinforced concrete pylons (the upper columns of a pylon were vertical,the middle columns were inclined and the outer sides of the lower columns were vertical while the inner sides were inclined) should be used. The columns of the selected pylons are the rectangular hollow sections and at the footings of a pylon,the solid sections of 4. 0 m height are utilized. The steel anchor beams in the pylons are the open box sections. The cross beams of the pylons are the complete prestressed concrete structures of box sections. The pile cap on which a pylon stands is the dumbbell shape and the foundation is of the group bored piles. To check the force conditions of the pylons of the bridge,the global calculation of the free standing pylons and the whole bridge was made and the local force conditions of the critical parts of the pylons were analyzed,using the software ANSYS and MIDAS. The results of the analysis indicate that the force conditions of the different parts of the pylons can meet the relevant requirements in the codes and the pylons have certain safety margin.
