平板橡胶支座压剪共同作用时全过程分析

【摘要】 为研究平板橡胶支座在大跨度桥梁结构中的工作性能,采用ANSYS有限元软件,建立4种平板橡胶支座模型,在压剪共同作用下,对平板橡胶支座的受力过程进行分析。分析中考虑大跨结构中产生的水平剪力对平板橡胶支座受力的影响,通过增加螺栓提高平板橡胶支座的水平刚度。分析表明:在大跨度桥梁结构中,平板橡胶支座受到较大水平剪力时的变形很大,最大应力出现在第1层钢板内;通过增加螺栓可有效地减小橡胶支座产生的水平位移,提高其水平承载力。

【Abstract】 To study the working performance of rubber plate bearing used in long span bridge structure,4 types of models for the bearing were established by the finite element software ANSYS and the whole process of force conditions of the bearing subjected to the joint action of compression and shear was analyzed.In the analysis,the influence of the horizontal shear produced in the long span structure on the force conditions of the bearing was taken into account and the horizontal rigidity of the bearing was improved by adding of bolts.The results of the analysis show that for the long span bridge structure,the deformation of the rubber plate bearing is great when it is subjected to great horizontal shear and the maximum stress will appear in the first layer of the steel plate.The adding of bolts can effectively reduce the horizontal displacement of the bearing and can improve the horizontal load bearing capacity of the bearing.
