【摘要】 目的:探讨地震伤致胸腰椎骨折患者的心理特征和护理方法。方法:对13例患者采取心理特征分析、针对性心理护理、病情监测、饮食护理、疼痛护理及并发症护理等措施。结果:本组住院时间12~59 d,平均23 d,不完全瘫痪患者功能有明显改善,无一例出现心理问题及其他并发症,均顺利康复出院。结论:根据患者心理及机体损伤的特点,针对性采取包括心理护理在内的综合护理干预措施,可缩短康复时间,最大限度地巩固疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the patient’s mentality and nursing measures in the treatment of 13 patients with earthquake-induced thoracolumbar vertebrae fracture.Methods: Comprehensive and targeted psychological care,monitoring on patient’s condition,dietary care,pain release and nursing care of complication were carried out.Results: The length of stay of the patients in hospital was 12 ~ 59 days,averagely 23 days;the function of the incomplete paralyzed patients was evidently improved;no patients suffered from psychological problems and other complications and they were all recovered and discharged from hospital.Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention,in accordance with the characteristics of injury,can shorten the time of recovery and consolidate the curative effect at maximum.更多还原
