绘画心理投射测验对玉树灾后学生心理状态评估与治疗作用的探讨

【摘要】 目的:对4.14玉树地震后学生进行绘画心理投射测验,以探讨绘画心理投射测验对灾后学生心理状态评估与治疗的作用。方法:对17名15岁~19岁的藏族学生分别于玉树灾后半个月、一个月及半年每人进行3次绘画心理投射测验,对学生绘画作品进行分析。结果:绘画心理投射测验是评估灾后学生心理状态和心理功能较有效的工具,并且可治疗灾难后创伤性情感体验。结论:绘画心理投射测验简单、易于操作、没有威胁,可将其用于评估经历大灾难的学生;在绘画的过程中对创伤性情感加以呈现和释放,有着良好的治疗作用。

【Abstract】 objective:To assess psychological state of students after Yushu earthquake and to give treatment through painting psychological projective test.Methods:The study was consisted of 17 Tibetan students(aged 15 to 19 years,male 7 and female 10),who underwent Yushu earthquake in April 2010.Painting psychological projective test was performed after two weeks,one month and six months disaster in 17 Tibetan students,and the mental health screening tools/mental health self-assessment questionnaire issued by the ministry of Health of China was used by a perfect doctor to determine the SRQ.Results:The painting psychological projective test after two and one month showed that the paintings reflect more chaotic,no theme and tilt,this suggests poor psychological state of students.After six months disaster,the students’ paintings showed a feature of Tibetan culture,and their disaster traumatic feelings were rendered and released.Conclusions:The painting psychological projective test is an effective,simple and safety method for assessment of psychological statae of students after disaster,and disaster traumatic feelings can be rendered and released by painting.
