氯化钠粉压体热挤压成形性能

【摘要】 为了解氯化钠粉压体的高温高压变形情况和成形性能,在不同挤压比、不同挤压温度以及不同坯料高度的条件下,研究了氯化钠粉压体热挤压棒材的成形情况。实验表明:热挤压成形盐棒过程中,粉压体端面上的比压力在100MPa左右。当挤压比为9.77,挤压温度为460℃,坯料高度为20mm时,成形盐棒的综合性能指标最高。造成氯化钠粉压体在热挤压条件下变形的原因除了晶体内部的螺型位错的交滑移和晶粒边界位错的攀移,氯化钠粉压体晶粒在成形过程中发生的再结晶和晶粒长大也是重要因素。

【Abstract】 The deformation properties of compressed NaCl powder at high temperatures and pressures were measured using hot extrusions of NaCl bars with various extrusion ratios, temperatures, and heights of the NaCl blanks. The extrusion pressure of container was about 100 MPa in the hot extrusion process. The comprehensive properties of the hot extrusion bar were the best with an extrusion ratio of 9.77, temperature of 460 ℃, and NaCl blank height of 20 mm. The deformation of the hot extrusion was due to cross-slip of screw dislocations and climb-of-edge dislocations with recrystallization and grain growth of the compressed NaCl powder grains as another important factor.
