不同藏柳无性系田间栽培对比试验

【摘要】 通过对比不同藏柳无性系的田间栽培差异,选择长势优良的藏柳无性系,为青海省灌木柳的良种选育奠定基础,本试验以2种一年生藏柳无性系幼苗为研究对象,采用塔尺和LCPRO+光合仪对它们的生长节律和光合速率、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2浓度及气孔导度进行了测定。主要研究结果如下:藏柳无性系苗木的生长呈"S"型,有芽无性系生长量大于无芽无性系生长量,栽培密度大,高生长量越大,栽培密度越小,地径生长量大。藏柳无性系苗木的光合速率增长趋势与株行距相关,株行距30cm×60cm的藏柳无性系苗木的峰值出现在14点左右,20cm×60cm的藏柳无性系苗木的峰值出现在13点左右;蒸腾速率增长趋势比较平稳,峰值基本上出现在13点左右;胞间CO2浓度早上9点最高,随着光合作用的进行胞间CO2浓度逐渐下降,12点左右降到最低;2个藏柳无性系苗木的气孔导度日变化均呈"双峰"型,10点左右出现第一峰值,随着气温的升高和湿度的降低,13点左右出现第2高峰。

【Abstract】 By comparing the differences in field cultivation of different Tibetan clones,the selection of the good clones of Salix psammophila was used to lay the foundation for the breeding of shrubs in Qinghai Province.In this experiment,two kinds of annual clones of Tibetan clones were studied.Their growth rhythm and photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,intercellular CO2 concentration and stomatal conductance were measured using a ruler and LCPRO+ photosynthetic apparatus.The main results are as follows:The growth of Tibetan clonal seedlings is "S" type.The growth of bud clones is greater than that of budless clones.The cultivation density is large,the higher the growth,the smaller the cultivation density and the larger the growth of ground diameter.The photosynthetic rate of the clonal seedlings of Salix psammophila was related to the row spacing.The peak of the clonal seedlings of 30 cm×60 cm was about 14 o’clock,and the peak of 20 cm×60 cm clonal seedlings appeared around 13 o’clock.The transpiration rate increased.The trend is relatively stable,the peak is basically at around 13 o’clock;the intercellular CO2 concentration is the highest at 9 o’clock in the morning,and the intercellular CO2 concentration gradually decreases with photosynthesis,and is reduced to the lowest at around 12 o’clock;two Tibetan clones are clonal seedlings.The diurnal variation of stomatal conductance showed a "double peak"type,and the first peak appeared around 10 o’clock.As the temperature increased and the humidity decreased,the second peak appeared around 13 o’clock.
