【摘要】 目的探讨便携式超声应急诊断肋骨骨折的应用价值。方法应用便携式超声检查64例汶川地震造成的肋骨骨折患者,分析骨折声像图特征及好发部位,并与X线胸部拍片对照。结果64例患者超声诊断肋骨骨折共有107处,胸部X线片诊断56例共89处。肋骨骨折多发生在第5～8肋,占72.0%,骨折位于锁骨中线与腋后线之间者占73.8%。合并肋软骨骨折时肋软骨骨折主要位于第4～6肋软骨,占63.2%。结论便携式超声在应急事件现场即时诊断肋骨骨折可避免患者再次损伤,指导医护人员救治以及减少并发症和死亡发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of portable ultrasound in the diagnosis of rib fracture in emergency.Method The ultrasound images of 64 rib fracture patients in the Wenchuan earthquake were analyzed,the obtained results were compared with their chest X-ray findings.Results In the 64 patients,107 pieces of rib fracture were diagnosed by portable ultrasound,but only 89 pieces of rib fracture were diagnosed by chest X-ray in 56 patients.In all the rib fracture,72% took place from the fifth to the eighth rib,73.8% took place between midclavicular line and posterior axillary line,and 63.2% of them complicated by costobrachial fracture took place from the forth to the sixth rib.Conclusion Portable ultrasound could diagnose rib fracture promptly in emergency,thus could avoid injury once more,guide the remedy and reduce complication and mortality.更多还原
